Na het monteren van de lamp werkte de ventilatie noch de dimfunctie niet. Telefonisch contact opgenomen met LED. Blijkbaar was de afstanstandsbediening defect. Er werd onmiddellijk een nieuwe opgestuurd. Super tevreden van de dienst na verkoop van deze firma evenals van de lamp/ventilator.
